The Tamagotchi

The Tamagotchi was the first electronic computer-generated pet which became famous in the whole world. This particular game of Tamagotchi was launched on November 1996. The game of Tamagotchi is a computer chipped favorite which is very simple and easy to use. The tamagotchi craze swept the whole of United Kingdom in the 90’s but soon it sizzled out. Nevertheless, in the year 2005 two new versions of Tamagotchi were introduced. They were the Version 2 and Version 3 Tamagotchis. At present Tamagotchi comes in five connection versions such as Version 1, 2, 3, 4 and 4.5.  

Tamagotchi Version 2

The Cyber Pet is the second version of Tamagotchi connection and it is slightly oval in shape. It is a very small toy which approximately 3cms by 2.5 cms in diameter. There are three raised buttons under the screen to control the functions on the screen and also has a key ring on the top. This is a game where an egg appears on the screen and it lays an egg. The player has to discover if it is boy or a girl and also choose a birth day and a programme name for the baby. The main aspect of the game is to feed the baby, play games with it, clean the mess and also apply medicines when it becomes sick. There series of love hearts which illustrate whether the player is caring the pet properly or not. Depending upon the number of love hearts the player can collect points to win the game.  

Tamagotchi Version 3

The third version of Tamagotchi is much more similar to the second version but there are certain additional themes added to it. One of the main differences between the two versions is the antenna which is on the top of the third version. Third version of Tamagotchi comes in blue camouflage, clear yellow, tropical green & pink, black & white, surf wave and ice cream colors. It also comes in new items, more games and new characters. It also gives the player a new password to enter the virtual world of tamagotchi town. While playing the game the player tries to get maximum points to purchase tamagotchi pet new items and foods.
